I’m Mark Owen-Ward , an advanced personal trainer (REPs level 3) committed to making a difference to people’s lives. I have a wide range of clients but my main specialty is weight loss.
No amount of dietary advice or gym routines will make any difference unless you want to make a difference – so my role is to inspire, challenge, motivate and sustain you through the good and low times to help you achieve your goals.
I have a great deal of understanding for the normal day to day challenges of living and wanting to do something better for yourself. As a father, businessman, personal trainer and martial arts instructor, I can share what I know with you and help you make a difference to your life.
I continue to study for the Master Personal Trainer and REPs level 4 accreditation.
Area covered for personal training
I work on a mobile basis bringing the equipment you need to your house and we work in your space or garden. You never need to worry about finding a gym that you like or feel uncomfortable exercising in front of others. The equipment I use changes session by session and I keep the exercises we use fun, functional and relevant to your everyday life. I work along the M1/A5 corridor serving St Albans, Harpenden, Buckingham and surrounding areas.

Qualified in Exercise Referral and Pre and Post-Natal training
Registered with the National Obesity Forum
Registered practitioner with the UK Government sponsored Change 4 Life programme
